First shroom experience was not a good one lol

A few weeks ago I did shrooms for the first time. I did it alone but I was on the phone with a friend the whole time. At first i didn't think they were working but, then I did lol. It was like they all hit at once. I don't know if it was the type I took or what but I cried a lot. I thought about everything and anything that ever made me sad. Another weird thing was the side I laid on felt swollen. My skin felt like rubber. I was scared I was having an allergic reaction lol. I also felt like I was melting into my bed. A few weeks later I did them again, less this time, with my friend and my face didn't feel weird but I still had that melty feeling. I had a lot better time, though . I might write about that experience if anyone wants to hear it. But, I was curious if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. I'm kinda a noob when it comes to psychedelics.

If you read any of that and believed me your a little ediat tamp you'll never catch man doing any sorts of drugs this is unacceptable behavior kmt.
